Uniden Bearcat BCD396XT Digital Scanner. I will point out however, that this model can still decode most of the police and public safety traffic in my area, including the county police/fire/ems channel for my county - the same ones available at Broadcastify for my location. The scanner itself is in excellent cosmetic condition and is fully functional. There are no scratches on the screen, and no noticeable scratches or dents on the body of the device. All buttons and dials are fully functional. Reception seems to be unaffected by the degradation of the plastic so far, but in the long run you may want to replace the antenna with a newer one. I may also be able to locate the original box and send it as well, but no promises.
