Uniden BCD 396XT TrunkTracker IV Digital Handheld Police Scanner with usb cable. Tested and working, in nice condition (I just peeled off the plastic film off the screen). Picked up a ton of radio channels and some other frequencies while doing scans. I was unable to add local emergency frequencies manually but this was over my head and pretty advanced scanner. Audio from speaker was clear and backlight works nicely.
