Ready to use, All Buttons on the keypad work correctly and the markings are clear. There is a tiny crack/spot in the case under the rubber door that covers the charging port. I didn't notice it until someone else pointed it out. Took a close up pic of the area with the rubber door open so you can see it. I think it looks rougher in the picture than when actually looking at it. Again the SDS100 Works As Designed. If I Googled the Serial Number Right it was manufactured in 2018. It is not brand new and, as with any used item, has cosmetic marks and bruises from spending all it's time in a cupholder in our motorhome. I tried to show them in the pictures.

Please see pics to ensure condition. I do not attempt to modify or work on any radios. I do try to keep them clean and dusted. This one needs a good dusting as it's been sitting in the camper for so long. When I've had something for awhile I sell one/some to get something different to listen to.
