Whistler ws1040 handheld digital scanner radio

  

OK, I have a Whistler WS 1040 hand digital trucking Scanner! It is in working condition.

I've had it for a good while. I'm just gonna let it go. Some of my local channels are being scrambled so I have decided to go a different route! It is used physically it is a 7 out of 10, it has some scuffs light scratches. It does have a spot where there was a sticker.

I just did not clean it off. It will probably clean right up. I have had no problem with it working! But it is a used electronic so I will sell it as is!
